Services
Twelve services. One working practice.
What we can automate inside the business, and what we can build to put that business in front of people. Most clients start with one half and come back for the other.
Part A — Automation
The work that never needed a person.
Order / booking → invoice Built & running
Orders and bookings from WhatsApp, email or a form become checked, structured invoices — with a step that flags anything that doesn't match instead of guessing.
Wholesalers · hotels · guest housesAppointment reminders & no-shows
Reminders go out ahead of the slot, and anyone who doesn't turn up gets followed up — without a receptionist working a call list.
Dentists · vets · garages · salonsReview & enquiry response drafting
Drafts the reply for a human to approve and send. Holds your tone, removes the blank-page delay.
Any business with public reviewsPaperwork digitisation
A photographed invoice, delivery note or form becomes a structured record. Nobody re-types numbers off paper.
Accountants · wholesalers · tradesAdmissions & enquiry routing
Incoming admissions and student enquiries get answered or routed automatically, so the front desk isn't the only way through.
Colleges · training providersReporting that builds itself
The weekly numbers someone assembles by hand — stock, bookings, aged debt — assembled automatically instead.
Any admin-heavy officePart B — Presence
And somewhere for it all to live.
Websites & e-commerce
Corporate sites, online shops, booking sites and B2B platforms — mobile-first, properly built, not a template with your logo dropped in.
First site or a rebuildUI/UX design & prototyping
Research, wireframes, working prototypes and a design system — so a booking flow or product holds together end to end.
Apps · booking systemsBrand identity & logo design
Logo, colour, typography and written guidelines delivered as one system — plus stationery and packaging templates.
New ventures · rebrandsAI-generated ads & video
Ad creative for Meta, Google and YouTube, and short-form video for social in every aspect ratio you need.
Shops · launches · campaignsSocial media management
Content calendar, feed and story design, day-to-day posting and replies — reported on monthly, not left to drift.
Shops · colleges · agenciesSEO, AEO & digital marketing
Local and technical SEO plus optimisation for AI-driven search, tied to paid campaigns and measured against real outcomes.
Any business wanting to be foundPricing

One thing we'll always tell you: if off-the-shelf software already does the job for less — appointment reminders are the classic case, sometimes free inside booking software — we'll say so in the first conversation. Our paid work starts where those tools stop: wiring things into the systems you already run.
Questions
Asked often, answered straight.
Do we have to replace the systems we already use?
No. We build around what you already run — your inbox, your spreadsheets, your booking system, your accounts software. Replacing systems is expensive and usually unnecessary; connecting them is the job. It's where the name comes from: we link the nodes you already have.
What happens when the automation isn't sure?
It stops and asks a person. Every system we build has a gate where anything ambiguous is held and flagged rather than guessed at — because a wrong invoice or a wrong booking costs more than a slow one.
Why won't you give a fixed price on the phone?
Because a fixed price given before seeing your setup is usually wrong, and someone pays for being wrong — normally you. After a 15-minute look at what you actually use, you get a written fixed quote. The ranges above exist so you know roughly where things land before that conversation.
How much past work can you show?
One client system, described accurately: the order-to-invoice pipeline for a London food wholesaler, which runs live today. We don't pad that with invented logos or anonymous "case studies". When we've shipped more, this site will say so.
Who actually does the work?
The two people on the about page. For larger design and build projects we extend with trusted specialist craft under our direction — you keep one point of contact, one scope and one invoice.
Not sure which service fits?
That's what the 15 minutes is for.
